Start Date: ASAP              

Location: Savannah, GA-31408

Duration: 6 months, potential based on business needs/performance.     

Onsite, 5 days a week.

Schedule: 40 hours/ week           

Overtime Estimate: none             

Number and Type of Interviews: 1 Phone interview, will need candidates phone

 

Description

Attendance is going to be key – need someone who will show up on time everyday. Will be tracked as part of KPIs

 

HSD/GED minimum. Some college preferred.

Ability to learn new systems quickly – will be using internal company system.

general knowledge or ability to learn SQL quickly is required.

Data Analytics, databases, data related project 1 - 2 Years of experience is required.          

 

Data Entry: Yes, 1 - 2 Years           

Basic excel & word skills: Yes,      1 - 2 Years           

Excel (pivoted table): Yes,              1 - 2 Years           

Logistic Operations: Yes, 1 - 2 Years

Logistics experience is required

Bilingual is preferred

 

Story Behind the Need – Business Group & Key Projects

Needs a new contractor to audit warehouse compliance. Work that will not be completed, second phase of FBA launch.

 

Mixture of independent and collaborative work. Will be interacting with warehouse associates but getting tasks complete will be independent.

 

Typical Day in the Role

Day to day duties:

Helping the associates at the warehouse to location COO for items and auditing in the system to see if the item has the COO.

End of the week, will need to understand the data they have captured and produce reports.

Without their support, the team would not be able to offer customers a specific type of selection.

Will have a hand on improving customer experience.

Insist on the highest standard, deep dive, earn trust.

KPI: attendance, reporting completed and amount of time tasks are pending.

 

Top 3 must-have hard skills

1             Minimum of 1-2 years data entry/data analytics role

2             Excel and Word advanced skills

3             Logistics experience is required
