Job Description:
As an Electrical Project Executive at Hays Electrical Services, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of electrical projects at construction sites. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet our high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead project planning sessions, develop project timelines, and define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring all members are aligned with project objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues, implementing strategies to mitigate them effectively.
- Budget Oversight: Monitor project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and expenditures are tracked accurately.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Reporting: Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and solutions.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess project processes, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in (related field, e.g., Business, Project Management, Engineering).
- 10 years of experience in project management or a similar role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
