Electro-Mechanical Technician for Manufacturing Equipment

The Electro-Mechanical Technician for Manufacturing Equipment is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing various electrical and mechanical equipment used in a manufacturing environment. This includes proficiency in multiple skill clusters, such as electrical controls, PLC troubleshooting, motor motors, fluid power, mechanical systems, and manufacturing processes. The Electro-Mechanical Technician will perform medium to high-level machine systems troubleshooting and repair, and provide technical support for all phases of the operation.
Qualifications/Skills:
- At least 5 years of experience working in industrial manufacturing.
- PLC troubleshooting, inputs/outputs, and changeouts of programs.
- Experience with Factory Talk or similar HMI software.
- Repairing and troubleshooting conveyor systems.
- Mechanical Systems (bearings, chains, sprockets, gearboxes).
- Hydraulics & Pneumatics.
- High and Low Voltage.
- Ability to operate a multimeter to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.

- Ability to pull wire and bend conduit
- Welding
