Responsibilities:
- Take lead on various client facing API integration projects, serving as the liaison between clients, vendors, and the business.
- Manage platform integration lifecycle, following planned project tasks along with a variety of ad hoc requirements.
- Manage contract execution, facilitate initial and future meetings, determine requirements, create project plans providing documentation, assist vendors in connectivity, and provide analysis.
- Develop and implement strategies for the implementation of new features and system enhancements.
- Form strong vendor relationships to leverage knowledge and influence the direction of projects.
- Document and publish task plans, workflow diagrams, procedures, and user guidelines for integrations.
- Take part in business continuity/disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred but will consider relevant work experience and or certifications.
- Prior experience with application programming interfaces (REST or SOAP), and web services framework
- Working knowledge of API Management Platforms (Apigee)
- Must be proficient in the MS Office Suite and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
