Job Requirements / Description
- Will manage 5 facility technicians over 2 light commercial facilities in the immediate area.
- Will coordinate inspections and work for completion, contract compliance and work with outside contractors on landscaping, fire system and HVAC
- Will also be hands on with general repairs, carpentry, plumbing, and basic electrical
- 3+ years of facilities management experience
- Light commercial experience
- Experience with hands on carpentry, plumbing, and basic electrical knowledge
- Previous experience working with outside contractors
