Senior Software Engineer, Asset Allocation Engineering , FactSet Research Systems Inc., Norwalk, CT:
Manages a team of software engineers or projects within the Asset Allocation Engineering department. Duties will include:
- Review product requirement documents;
- Problem solving and working on high-level (operational or architectural) issues to ensure effectiveness of products under your direct management;
- Implement and track development timelines, and negotiate feature sets with development leads and product teams;
- Set goals and mentor development of ongoing projects;
- Provide guidance and direction to team on software design and implementation;
- Review code changes and submissions;
- Present technical & operational issues to senior management and set deadlines and priorities for team members;
- Help to coordinate recruiting, training and new hire onboarding for immediate team.
Basic pay range is one hundred twenty thousand dollars to one hundred fifty thousand dollars per year for full-time employment (Mon. – Fri. 9-5).
