Description
We are seeking a ServiceNow Systems Integration Test Engineer to join our team in support of the Global Solutions Management - Operations II (GSM-O II) contract at DISA. This position involves verifying and validating changes made to the system and developing more efficient test techniques and processes. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand and confirm the delivery of digital transformation solutions, focusing on request fulfillment, automated workflows, and key ITIL processes within the ServiceNow platform.
Primary Responsibilities
- Apply systems engineering principles to ensure quality software delivery using Agile Scrum practices
- Develop and execute automation tests using ServiceNow's Automation Test Framework (ATFs)
- Collaborate with the team to translate functional requirements into test cases
- Conduct regression testing and prepare detailed test reports
- Mentor junior developers and participate in sprint planning sessions
Basic Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret clearance
- Bachelor's Degree with 8-12 years of relevant experience or master's with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience
- Experience with test data management, testing automation, and agile development methodologies
- Willingness to commute to one of the designated work sites for full-time on-site support
Preferred Qualifications
- 3-5 years' experience with ServiceNow administration and configuration management
- Familiarity with ServiceNow's ATFs and various ServiceNow platform modules
- ITIL foundation certification and knowledge of Agile development methodologies
