- Must have at least 5+ years of chemical manufacturing experience in batch organic chemical or emulsion polymerization environment
- Proficient working experience with process control PLCs and batch programming language is required.
- Analytical ability to review processes that will lead to improvement
- Minimum of B.S. in Chemical Engineering is required
