Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in CNC and manual machining
- CNC programming experience
- Education or certification in machining
- Custom job shop experience not required, but a big plus!

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create programs for 3 and 4 axis machining centers using Mastercam and conversational programming (5th axis a plus).
- Set up and machine parts as required.
- Implement systems for continuous improvement.
- Oversee tooling purchases and organization.
- Oversee and train less experienced team members.
- Integrate latest technology to improve efficiencies.
- Additional tasks as assigned.
