About the position
Altruist is entering an exciting phase, and we're looking for a Senior IT Support Engineer to join our SSG team in San Diego.

About the position
Altruist is entering an exciting phase, and we're looking for a Senior IT Support Engineer to join our SSG team in San Diego.
What you'll do
- Provide technical assistance and support, related to computer systems, hardware, or software
- Respond to queries, run diagnostics programs, isolate problems, and determine and implement solutions
- Conduct corporate training sessions
- Assist with onboarding and off boarding
- Maintain the daily performance of computer systems
- Help with maintaining IT asset/inventory mgmt
- Performs other related duties and projects as requested or assigned
- Proficient with Mac and PC Operating Systems (PC knowledge preferred for this role)
- Proficient with Outlook and Office 365 applications
- Proficient with GSuite and Google Admin
- Proficient with OKTA, Jamf, Intune, and Kaseya-VSA
- Proficient with Google Meet and Zoom conferencing equipment
- Preferred Experience with Atlassian apps (confluence, jira)
- Strong Knowledge of Active Directory
- Proficient with on-prem and cloud infrastructure
- Proficient network troubleshooting
- Computer and Printer Support
- New computer hardware and software builds, using imaging software
- Experience with shell scripting and/or Python is a big plus
- Experience with Amazon Cloud Services is ideal but not a requirement
