Senior Structural Engineer

We are partnered with a nationally recognized engineering and consulting firm, known for delivering innovative solutions across the U.S. They are currently seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join their Denver office. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead challenging projects, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the growth of the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of projects, including scoping, budgeting, scheduling, and client communications.
• Lead the design, analysis, and renovation of existing structures, applying in-depth knowledge of industry standards, building codes, and best practices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, serve as the subject-matter expert, and ensure the delivery of high-quality technical solutions.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil/structural engineering or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 15+ years of experience, particularly with existing structures.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required; Structural Engineer (SE) license is a plus.
• Proven experience managing complex projects, leading teams, and delivering excellent client service.
