This pioneer company in Medical Device is looking to support and promote a talented Mechanical Engineer who will contribute to product design and development processes. The ideal professional will have experience with design using SolidWorks for Implantable Medical Devices as well as eagerness to join and contribute to a tight knit, mutually supportive community of skilled experts.
What you'll do

• Develop, evaluate, and enhance manufacturing methods.
• Develop and design test methods for trend analysis of manufacturing equipment to verify and monitor production performance.
• Maintenance of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Use of SolidWorks to assist in creation of product drawings

Who you are

• Bachelors degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical discipline and 3 years of relevant medical device industry experience.
• Experience with prototype design within the medical device industry is required, permanent implants are a plus.
• Must have experience with SolidWorks
• Desire to support both development and manufacturing

What does this position pay?

• Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
