Senior Cyber Security Engineer

Our financial services client is looking to add a Sr. Cybersecurity Engineer to their team! This Contract to Hire position will go Hybrid . You will be managing application security and leading Cyber security projects to enhance the overall security posture of the company. The Ideal Candidate will have at least 3 years of CyberSecurity Engineering experience with a focus in Privileged Access Management. Only Candidates currently residing in Houston, Texas will be considered for this position.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Privileged User account administration of various Windows and UNIX accounts using CyberArk components
• Work with Security Architecture, Product Management, Operations, and other teams and stakeholders to implement CyberArk PAM solutions
• Drive adoption of CyberArk services across our IT landscape and maximize the security of privileged credentials
• Investigate and analyze cyber incidents, collect evidence, and develop strategies to recover from security breaches
• Ensure that the organization's data and infrastructure are protected by enabling the appropriate security controls
• PAM onboarding process to ensure privileged accounts are managed appropriately, and password change requests are completed on time
• Lead hardware and software refreshes/upgrades project independently
• Document and track system controls and compliance requirements
• Perform troubleshooting and resolve issues related to CyberArk functionality and integration

Requirements

• 3+ years utilizing CyberArk for Privileged Access Management
• 3+ year creating security frameworks, design security architecture, and develop technical solutions
• Must have experience utilizing F5 for load balancing processes
• 5+ years of experience in IT security
