( Summary: The Manufacturing Process Engineer is responsible for the support & optimization of manufacturing processes and equipment operations within an injection molding manufacturing environment. This key role has a direct impact on product quality, production capability, operating costs and overall safety through technical leadership and innovation. The Manufacturing Process Engineer works as a part of a cross functional team to achieve performance goals, and to drive continuous improvement throughout the process.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain manufacturing processes and systems for a food grade plastics injection molding environment.Develops product and process capability, performance measurements, control systems, quality standard.Uses critical thinking and problem-solving methodologies for issue resolution and process improvement.
