• 10+ years of total experience... must have hands-on experience.
• Ability to guide discussion and work with key business and technical stakeholders (aka SVP/VP level).

• Very Strong in SQL
• NoSQL Techs: (Mongo DB is preferred)
• RDBMS: Oracle, Maria DB, Postgres (all are not required, but a combo is ideal)
• Performance Tuning
• Creating Data Models for new applications
