We are looking for a motivated and talented Digital Hardware Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience who is eager to learn and grow in the field of digital hardware design. A successful candidate will work closely with other engineers to design, develop, and test the digital hardware within GNSS receivers.
What You Will Do
Design and develop digital hardware systems and related components for GNSS receivers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review system requirements and specifications.
Participate in schematic and PCB layout design.
Perform hardware testing and validation.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Document design processes and test results.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Basic understanding of digital logic design and hardware architectures.
Familiarity with schematic capture and PCB layout tools (e.g., OrCAD, Allegro).
Knowledge of programming languages such as C/C++ and Python.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Basic knowledge of embedded systems and microcontroller interfaces.
Experience with communication protocols (e.g., UART, SPI, I2C).

Compensation and Benefits
Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
Hiring Range: $94,250 - $125,000
