Navigo does this through a suite of risk management and analysis and intelligence tools designed for NGOs and enterprise customers. Today we support dozens of organizations and thousands of people across nearly 100 nations, and help them navigate tough situations and even crises. Our solutions play significant roles in saving lives and ensuring that NGOs and companies can operate more effectively.

We are also a growing firm and need an experienced developer to help us continue our mission to build services that help companies and people across the globe.

Responsibilities

1. This position will build out features, components and integrations in our analysis and communications platform.
2. Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code.
3. Optimize for performance across a variant of technologies.
4. Take responsibility for technical delivery against needs and specifications.

Qualifications

1. Strong experience with modern web technologies especially React, JavaScript, CSS, HTML5.
2. Experience working with APIs and API-driven architecture.
3. GitHub or GitLab for version control.
4. Experience with Bootstrap, Tailwind and/or other front-end CSS frameworks.

It Would Also Be Nice To Have Experience In

1. React Native.
2. Graphing and visualizing data.
3. Mapping technologies like Google Maps or MapBox a plus.
4. Data analysis, especially big data analysis.
5. Writing technical specifications.
6. Working with databases.
