Embedded Software Engineer

Location: Long Beach, California

Salary: Up to $235k (Negotiable)

As an Embedded Software Engineer, you’ll help lead the development and architecture of critical flight software and systems, reporting directly to the VP of Software, and collaborating with an impressive technical team of aerospace engineers.

Embedded Software Engineer Responsibilities:

• Develop flight software for inflight computers and other critical spacecraft hardware.
• Collaborate with the Electrical and Hardware division to seamlessly integrate software solutions
• Configure RTOS, Microprocesses, and Linux Kernels/Drivers
• Design and execute full software test cases

Embedded Software Engineer Requirements:

• Experience coding in Embedded C++ and Linux environments (or relevant experience)
• Knowledge of hardware datasheets and schematics
• Tools: Git, Make, and GNU tools
• Related degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or similar disciplines
