Senior Professional Services Engineer

Responsibilities include:

1. Prepare and install software solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
2. Determine technical feasibility by evaluating requirements, analysis, and proposed software solutions.
3. Enhance existing software solutions to match client requirements by configuring and customizing software using Anti-Money Laundering and Enterprise Fraud Management platforms, SQL, and other applications (including Tomcat and WebSphere).
4. Test and approve software solutions, configurations, and customizations.
5. Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues.
6. Utilize software engineering tools such as configuration management systems, build processes, and debuggers in the software development process.
7. Participate in peer code reviews and provide comments and suggestions.
8. Perform technical root cause analysis and outline corrective action for given problems.
9. Evaluate new options of similar technology, estimate the level of effort to implement new technology, offer suggestions to improve processes, and provide comments on design aspects.
10. Review product and/or application information including manuals and brochures for technical accuracy.
11. Document and demonstrate software solutions by developing documentation, diagrams, clear code, and comments.

Travel Requirements: Position requires 10% domestic and 10% international travel. Telecommuting permitted pursuant to company policy.
