Job Requirements / Description

A CAD/BIM Designer responsible for commercial kitchen design, draft layouts, production drawings, and presentation drawings. This position is responsible for client relationships when developing schematic design, design development, and prototypical packages. The designer is also responsible for coordinating with architectural and engineering partners in various regions of the country.Required:Associate’s degree in Interior design, Architecture, Industrial Design, or related field3+ years’ experience in a professional design environment/departmentFood service design experience preferredAdvanced computer skills including AutoCad, Revit, Adobe Suite, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Conceptual and client-service skills leading to effective problem-solvingOrganizational skills, including the ability to work within tight scheduled, deadlines and budgets, and the capacity to succeed in an environment of rapidly changing prioritiesInterpersonal skills leading to effective communication and interactionPossess conceptual and strategic thinking skillsMust have technical and layout design skillsHere is the posted list of responsibilities:Collaborate on multiple commercial kitchen projects, including all phases of design.Sketch layouts and perform capacity/sales studies to develop design and determine specified kitchen equipmentMeet/coordinate with client to determine needs of each spaceCoordinate drawings through ordering, procurement, and installation when neededCreate graphical presentation drawings and documentations for training and standardsResolve drawing/document issuesAttend design reviews and meetings with clientPerform other related duties as required and assignedLocation: Atlanta, GASalary Range-$60k-$80kSome overtime to be expectedMust be able to work in officePlease send resume to: Wendy
