Manufacturer needs an experienced CNC operator.ResponsibilitiesRead blueprints to determine part specifications.Use gauges and other measuring instruments to make sure parts conform to specifications.Change or sharpen machine tools as required.Ability to set-up and troubleshoot equipment.Install collets, pick-offs, pushers, gears, cams, tool holders, threading units, etc.Have knowledge of feed rates, stroke lengths, ratios and RPM, as it relates to surface footages to attain maximum production.Set all tooling as required.Verify conformance of first piece production, making sure all dimensions are in conformance with print specifications using proper measuring instruments.Perform preventative maintenance.Shifts1st shift: 6:00am-2:30pm2nd shift: 3:00pm-11:30pmRequirementsCNC experienceClean criminal record and drug screenCompensation and Benefits$12 - 15/hour depending on experience levelTemp-to-perm potential leading to raises and benefitsHealth insurance available with no waiting periodPlease respond with resume.
