Job Description
- Extensive experience in Product Development and New Product Introduction (NPI).
- Maintain, enhance, and improve quality management systems.
- Conduct compliance audits to ensure adherence to ISO 9001 standards.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve quality issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements for products and processes.
- Manage non-conformance reporting and corrective action processes effectively.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and operational efficiency.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key quality performance metrics.
- Conduct supplier audits and manage supplier-related quality issues.
- Prepare and present comprehensive quality reports to management and customers.
The Successful Applicant
- Required: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong knowledge of ISO and AS9100 standards, and quality management systems.
- Extensive experience in New Product Development (NPD) and New Product Introduction (NPI).
- Proven track record in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
- Expertise in conducting and managing internal and supplier audits.
- Solid background in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities with cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing non-conformance reports and tracking quality metrics.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
