Starting at $22 per hour, paid weekly. Higher hourly rate with experience and ability to work an off-shift schedule. Multiple shifts available. Preference given to candidates available 2nd shift (Mon-Thurs 3:30pm – 2:00am) and weekend shifts (Fri-Sun 7am – 7pm and 7pm – 7am). Will train an excellent candidate.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operating multiple CNC machining centers
- Reviewing drawings and specifications
- Recording part measurements
- Changing tools and making adjustments needed to produce quality parts
- Loading raw stick and unloading parts
DESIRED SKILLS:
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and CMM reports
- Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, and other inspection hand tools
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Active listening skills

COMPENSATION PACKAGE INCLUDES:
- 80 hours paid time off your first year and 128 hours your second year. Get an additional 8 PTO hours each year (up to a maximum of 200 hours per year)
