Description:

Data Scientist with 4-8 years in Data Science, Python, Natural Language Processing (NLP), ML, AWS for a contract to hire position onsite.

100% onsite to the Coppell, Dallas area, must be local, no relocation.

This position pays $45-50 W-2.

Must be US Citizen, Green Card Holder or EAD in final stages of Green Card, no OPT, sponsorship.

Working in all aspects of the data science cycle.

What you will be doing:

1. Solve business problems using but not limited to bootstrapping , decision trees , natural language processing (NLP) and market basket analysis.
2. Develop experimental and analytic plans for data modeling processes.
3. Build and operationalize data pipelines , analytical tools and decision support models.
4. Pursue predictive analytics opportunities to solve business problems.
5. Implement Gen AI to leverage artificial intelligence capabilities and enhance data analysis and modeling efforts.
6. Perform data cleansing.
7. Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations.
8. Communicate technical ideas to stakeholders.

What you will need:

1. Bachelors in Data Analytics, Data Science or similar.
2. 4-8 years of experience as a Data Scientist.
3. Solid experience in data cleansing.
4. Coding in Python or R.
5. Experience in model building with frameworks such as Scikit-learn , TensorFlow , Transformer.
6. Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), GenAI , AI, ML, Machine Learning – Supervised and Unsupervised Machine Learning.
7. Experience in cloud, preferably AWS.
8. Writing and tuning SQL.
9. Experience performing thorough exploratory analysis.
10. Positive, can-do attitude, curious, self-driven, analytical and excited to play with data.
