Electrical Engineer

Job Summary:

Responsible for designing, developing, and testing electrical components and systems. Utilizes engineering principles, software, and equipment to accomplish tasks. Involves fabrication, installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical/electromechanical products. Requires extensive experience and independent work with creativity and judgment.

Essential Duties:

• Oversee the fabrication and testing of equipment.
• Manage manufacturing, installation, maintenance, and compliance activities.
• Design, implement, and improve electrical instruments and systems.
• Inspect installations for conformance to specifications.
• Develop and modify embedded software.
• Research and analyze design feasibility.
• Recommend design modifications for field installations.
• Budget, schedule, and coordinate projects.
• Ensure attendance and availability for on-site work.

Skills & Abilities:

• Proficient with computers, OrCAD, PSpice, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 9 years of experience, or 12 years of related experience.
