1st & 2nd shift CNC Machinist Openings
Job Responsibilities:
- Interpret detailed assembly drawings, including knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
- Experience in setting up, testing, and inspecting machines.
- Ability to read and work from blueprints and sketches to machine parts and verify accuracy.
- Safely handle and move large weldments and components.
- Perform complex precision machining tasks with minimal supervision.
- Adhere to standard quality procedures, including machine setup, operation, inspection, documentation, and material handling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Conduct preventative maintenance as needed.
Advanced Requirements:
- 2+ years of machining experience
- Programming experience is an advantage.
- Read and interpret blueprints, job orders, and instructions for product specifications like finishes, dimensions, and tolerances.
- Demonstrate knowledge of precision grinding techniques.
- Experience working in tight tolerances (+/- .0002) is a plus.
