What You'll Be Doing:
Lead and Dominate: Command a team of Internet Sales Associates with your dynamic leadership, driving their performance and our sales success to the next level.
Engage and Convert: Connect with high-value prospects through phone and email, schedule appointments, and follow up relentlessly to ensure you close every opportunity.
CRM Mastery: Use our cutting-edge CRM system (eLead) to build a powerful prospect pipeline and track customer interactions like a pro.
Drive Satisfaction: Implement an effective owner follow-up system that fuels repeat business and boosts customer satisfaction scores through the roof.
Seamless Lead Management: Transfer online leads efficiently to the Sales team and collaborate with Sales Management to deliver timely, accurate quotes and information.

Qualifications
What we need:
Experience: 3+ years in the retail automotive industry with a stellar track record of maintaining high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
Skills: Top-notch customer service, communication (both written and oral), and organizational skills. Thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels both independently and as part of a high-energy team.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable handling high call and email volumes, with proficiency in CRM systems.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional automotive sales training or management coursework is a bonus.
License: Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
Screening: Must pass a pre-employment background check and hair follicle drug test
