Job Title: Integrated Systems Engineer
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Integrated Systems Engineer to design and optimize the daily operations of integrated systems for the production of high-quality, economically competitive flow control products. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with PLC-controlled equipment, robotics, machine tools, and material handling systems, along with a strong background in tooling design and metal forming operations. This role will lead machine improvement projects within the facility and collaborate with various departments to enhance production efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Machine Design : Develop complete 3D models and concepts for new process platforms focused on plumbing, mechanical, and refrigeration copper products.
- Tooling Design : Create tooling designs compatible with existing and new equipment for the forming of copper and other metals.
- Process Specialist : Acquire in-depth knowledge of all process options for metal forming, including bending, hydroforming, swaging, cutting, threading, and impacting.
- Project Management : Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to ensure successful and timely project completion.
- Product Quality : Work with internal and external resources to identify root cause issues and implement preventative measures to enhance product quality.
Candidate Background:
- Proven experience in metals engineering, tooling, forming, and machining.
- General knowledge of pressure piping systems, components, and valves.
- Opportunity to work closely with experienced manufacturing and R&D engineers at the facility.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent combination of a Mechanical Technologies degree and relevant work experience.
- Experience in project management, including capital project management or budget development.
- Background in metal forming or heavy hydraulic equipment.
- Proficiency in tooling/machine development and design using SolidWorks.
