Senior DevOps Engineer - US Onsite

Job Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Support DevOps Process, principles, practices for customer at onsite.
2. Expertise in building CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps. Should be capable to manage Windows, MAC and Linux builds.
3. Associate with dev team and testing team to review the product requirements for DevOps.
4. Support customer release procedure in Azure pipeline, binary signing, and versioning.
5. Evaluate applicable tools relevant for the DevOps activities.
6. Experienced in signing process for Windows, Linux, and MAC applications.
7. Identify issues reported in bug tracking tools and provide updates to customer.
8. Create software packages, Verification of Firmware packing and deployment.
9. Coordinate team activities with offshore.

Work Experience

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

• Should have 3+ years of experience in Supporting DevOps Process, principles, practices.
• Automation experience in at least one configuration management and deployment tool.
• Familiar with dashboard creation and usage of bug tracking tools.
• Should know how to automate or orchestrate workloads across multiple IT departments and cloud providers.
• Practical experience in at least one of the following programming languages – Python, Node.JS, Ruby, Java, PHP, etc.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and GIT workflows.
• Supporting internal and external customers across multiple platforms.
• Work with team and customers to troubleshoot tough customer environments and increase customer satisfaction.

Desired Skills:

• Good at handling complex customer issues and providing proper guidance to increase efficiency and reduce customer incidents.
• Developing tools and processes to improve overall customer experience and create playbooks.
• Proficiency in leveraging CI/CD tools to automate deployment and testing. Experience in agile methodologies and fast-paced DevOps environments.
• Testing and debugging support for Development team.
