Title: Python with Data Science & Visualization (Senior Backend OR Full Stack Engineer)

Experience: 6 - 12 years

We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend OR Full Stack Engineer to help us update/maintain our existing study data pipeline and assist in bringing up some Client applications. The ideal candidate is able to:

1. Understand complex data pipelines and learn quickly how to maintain/upgrade them.
2. Get familiar with the data being collected and look for ways to make data collection, cleaning, and storage more efficient.
3. Build new backend tools.
4. Apply Client methods to help with data analysis (regression, sentiment analysis, computer vision, etc).
5. Work cross-functionally and adapt analysis quickly.
6. Bonus: If a Full Stack Engineer, a bonus would be building E2E applications (backend and frontend) on iOS devices (using Xcode).
7. The candidate must work exceptionally well and efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask between data analysis requests, tasks, and projects.

Skills:

• Pro level Python
• R (optional)
• Track record working with complex datasets and integration across multiple systems
• Data visualization tools like R Shiny, Tableau (nice to have)
• Excellent communication skills
• Statistical analysis (hypothesis testing, statistical modeling, power analysis, etc.)
• Git
• Very well organized

Work exceptionally well in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask between tasks/projects.
