Key Responsibilities:

1. As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements.
2. You will be expected to be a subject matter expert (SME), collaborate and manage the team to perform, and make team decisions.
3. Additionally, you will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions, as well as provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
4. Advanced proficiency in Core Java EE Design Patterns is required.
5. Advanced proficiency in Core Java, Configuration & Release Management, Design & Build Enablement, and Build Management are recommended.
6. Develop innovative solutions to meet project requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful application development. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
7. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Basic Qualifications:

1. Minimum 3 years of experience with advanced proficiency in Core Java EE Design Patterns.
2. Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Advanced proficiency in Core Java, Configuration Release Management, Design Build Enablement, and Build Management are recommended.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
