Collins Aerospace is seeking a Principal Cybersecurity Engineer to support the Cross-Domain Enterprise All-Source User Repository (CENTAUR) program. This is a prime contract supporting the submittal of DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) artifacts for operational Authority to Operate (ATO), factory accreditation, and product deployment.
This position is located in Richardson, TX and requires a current/active TS/SCI clearance prior to the start date.
What You Will Do:
- Lead cybersecurity efforts necessary to lead to successful Authority to Operate (ATO) for system.
- Collaborate closely with the program team to ensure product delivery with minimal operational impact.
- Work on program sustainment and modernization efforts spanning the product lifecycle.
- Perform system administration and framework duties to ensure proper operation of the product.
- Plan, guide, test, and document security implementations.
- Participate in peer reviews and maintain test environments.
- Form strong relationships with USG customers and other IPT leads.
- Ensure tasks are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Estimated 20% travel, CONUS and OCONUS, to support customer meetings and cyber events.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Cybersecurity accreditation experience.
- Experience with Linux and Windows administration and hardening.
- Network Switch configuration experience.
- Experience with VMWare VCSA/vCenter/ESXi host administration.
- Experience with Ansible, NAS/SAN, backup/recovery, and Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of HBSS, ACAS, and SCAP.
- DoD 8140 certification in compliance with DoDM 8140.03M IAT Level III and IAM Level III Certified (e.g., ISC2 CISSP).
- Typically requires a degree in STEM or equivalent experience.
- Active and transferable U.S. government DoD issued TS/SCI security clearance is required prior to start date.
- U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
