The Opportunity
Do you have an interest in growing your existing career in Quality Engineering (QE) Management? Do you have experience managing a web (or mobile) QE team in an agile development environment? Do you enjoy working on a fun and collaborative team? Are you passionate about digital photography? If you answered "yes" to these questions, you should consider joining the Adobe Lightroom team and help drive the Lightroom Web QE team as we build upon an extremely successful product that millions of passionate customers use worldwide.
Our Lightroom ecosystem is an industry standard among photographers around the world. In order to take our Web experience to greater heights, we are looking for a Lightroom Web QE Manager who has passion for photography and can help our talented/results-oriented team to new heights.
What you’ll be doing:

  • Collaboratively drive and lead features to success, harmonizing goals for product design and time to market with high quality.
  • Collaborate with passionate Quality Engineers, Development Managers, Designers and Product Managers, creating delightful products that customers love.
  • Mentor, grow and inspire team members, from new graduates to those with 15+ years of experience.
  • Continuously observe, review and improve the team's productivity and efficiency.
  • Focus on quality in an agile development environment, with the desire to help ensure that Adobe’s products are perceived as the best in the world.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of QE management experience. Web (or mobile) experience is desired.
  • Photography and/or Lightroom experience is a plus.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $112,500 -- $245,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
