Job Summary: Seeking an experienced Milling Machinist with expertise in operating Hurco CNC mills and proficiency in WinMax softwar e . The ideal candidate will be skilled in machining and capable of producing high-quality parts according to specifications with 5-10 years of Experience.
Key Responsibilities:

• CNC Milling Operations: Set up and operate Hurco CNC mills to perform precision machining tasks.
• Programming: Utilize WinMax software to create and modify CNC programs for milling operations.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience as a milling machinist, specifically with Hurco CNC mill minimum of 5 years of experience. Ideal candidate has 10 years of experience.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with WinMax CNC programming software.
• Skills: Strong understanding of machining techniques, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to produce precise and high-quality parts with minimal supervision.
• Education: Relevant technical training or certification in machining is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and handle heavy materials.

Comfortable working in a production environment with potential exposure to noise and machinery.
