Our Advanced Battle Management Team has immediate opportunities for talented Engineers to join a team that are developing and supporting our Advanced Battle Management systems. Our programs are leading edge battle management systems we have developed for our customer. This is an opportunity to learn new COTS, tools, processes, and methodologies as you focus on improving your skills to support, design, develop, integrate, and test operational hardware and software components throughout the system development life-cycle.

What You Will Do?

  • Ability to work at Raytheon in Richardson, TX on a daily basis if needed

  • Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills

  • Strong experience in establishing, maintaining, and growing DevSecOps resources

  • Demonstrated capability to maintain modern server infrastructure

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with widely dispersed team members

  • Strong desire for automation and a track record of flexibility in work roles

  • Experience with CSP hardware desired

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Experience as a Lead for Engineering Teams, managing requests for a Build Team (ABT), and with Inventory cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.

  • Experience in systems engineering across the lifecycle, with multiple phases of product development including using Jira for asset management, software development, and domain experience in build out and tracking of IT assets,

  • Experience working with COMSEC.

  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience.

  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance ?

Qualifications We Prefer?

  • Proven experience designing and configuring military compute and networking

  • Familiarity with technical specifications of compute, storage, and network infrastructures, to include commercial cloud hardware offerings

  • Familiarity with hardware stack design tools and views,

  • Ability to draw and refining rack elevations

  • Experience with build out of deployable systems

Employee Referral Eligible

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
