The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for a Business Development Professional / Business Developer , working in Healthcare Systems and Services industry in Cary, North Carolina, United States .
- Actively develop, support and promote Advanced Therapies (AT) Education & Workforce Solutions (EWS) portfolio in ways that lead to healthy revenue growth.
- Support the AT Business Manager to design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of business goals and objectives.
- Take the lead, use initiative, and help build the EWS brand that will help ensure improved outcomes for our customers and their patients.
- Partner with Business Manager to develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, education, structure, and best practices across the company.
- Develop new business opportunities for the AT EWS portfolio, which includes Angiography, Surgery and Sensis.
- Develop proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies.
- Give input on our Hoshin Kanri development, and help drive the growth and improvement projects to achieve our targets.
- Support the team's performance through tracking and reporting of metrics.
- Work with the Business Area (BA) and HQ on future initiatives to drive education goals.
- Understand customer/industry needs and trends to dynamically modify training strategies.

Experience Required for Your Success
- BS/BA degree in related discipline or relevant experience
- Graduate from a Certified Radiologic Technology Program
- 3 years of experience in areas of business development, project management, product management and/or data analytics
- Understanding of healthcare education marketplace, preferably relative to diagnostic imaging and therapy
- Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to analyze customer's clinical education needs and develop detailed short- and long-term plans for portfolio improvement
- Strong written and verbal and excellent presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment, requiring individual dedication and initiative
- Extensive knowledge of all equipment in required modality
- Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve problems internally and externally
- Demonstrated ability to seek opportunities for improvement through innovative ideas and creative solutions
- Effective objection handling and ability to communicate at all levels for problem resolution
- Ability to work as a team player and see and adapt to changes in a dynamic market and business environment, and to reset goals and strategies accordingly
- Ability to analyze customer's clinical education needs and develop detailed short- and long-term plans for portfolio improvement
- Excellent communication skills - verbal, written, ability to present
- Proven skills in stake holder management
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment, requiring individual dedication and initiative across multiple priorities and projects
- Ability to travel 30%
