Software Engineer - Backend San Francisco Los Angeles Austin

PayForMe is looking for an amazing backend engineer to be part of the founding team and help grow our company from the ground floor.

You will work alongside the founders who worked as Engineers at Google.

Our ideal hire will have a strong desire to create a startup and shape the vision of the company together with the founders.

You will take ownership of the technical process and create next-generation technology.

This is a rare opportunity to become a founding engineer.

Required Experience

1. 3+ years of experience building scalable and performant backend systems
2. 3+ years in a cloud-based ecosystem such as AWS, Firebase, Google Cloud, or Azure
3. Knowledgeable of authentication paradigms
4. Experience solving complex technical challenges
5. Experience with developing data-intensive applications and building data pipelines
6. Experience designing data models and data warehouses and using SQL and NoSQL database management systems
7. Degree in Computer Science, Statistics or relevant field
