Title: IT Infrastructure Engineer
Lcation: Torrance, CA
Pay Rate: $41.37/Hour on W2.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Global IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our IT team. In this role, you will collaborate with Global IT Infrastructure Network and Hosting engineers across multiple locations. You will be responsible for deploying, configuring, managing, and monitoring both on-premises and cloud IT infrastructure, ensuring disaster recovery planning and security compliance. You will also assist in handling escalated incidents, requests, and support project implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and discover regional business requirements.
Deploy and integrate solutions using standard IT tools and processes.
Provide complex level 3 and 4 engineering support for the deployed environment.
Lead and execute major infrastructure migrations.
Support and maintain on-premises infrastructure and Azure cloud hosting environments.
Maintain detailed and accurate technical documentation.
Provide infrastructure roadmap updates to Regional Business and IT Teams.
Collaborate with the Regional IT Team to support business operations.
Work independently without direct oversight.
Essential Requirements:
3+ years of Data Center and Azure Cloud Infrastructure experience.
3+ years of experience with Azure Cloud, Hyper-V, or VMware Infrastructure.
5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Servers and Network support.
5+ years of experience with Microsoft Enterprise Stack (Administration, AD, ADFS, DFS, GPO, SCCM).
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related IT industry experience.
Preferred Industry Certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, DELL, etc.).
Strong knowledge of server operating systems (Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2019, 2022).
Functional knowledge of LAN/WAN and tiered application architecture.
Excellent organizational, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Ability and willingness to travel as required.
