ServiceNow Developer with Mobile Agent App experience -6 Months Contract To Hire-Remote opportunity-Direct Client

Our direct Client is looking for ServiceNow Developer with Mobile Agent App experience -6 Months Contract To Hire-Remote opportunity.

Required Skills and Responsibilities:

• Support the development and configuration on various areas including, but not limited to ITSM, Service Portal, Performance Analytics, Integration Hub, FSM, CSM, HRSD.

• Design and develop / configure workflows, forms, scripts, and underlying logic using SCRUM / Agile methodologies.

• Build workflow applications based on customer requirements

• Formulate functional testing approach, test cases and document them, Support User Acceptance Tests and deploy code into Production in defined releases

• Participate / conduct code walkthroughs with other team members

• Support ServiceNow platform upgrades

• Offer technical solutions to address complex requirements. Evaluate alternate solutions, identify the best option and implement the solution

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and fix identified SNOW system issues

• Provide direction to on call/support team member to resolve issues quickly

• Ability to learn and deploy new functionality / capabilities using ServiceNow platform to meet customer expectations.

Work Experience, Skills, and Certifications:

• 5+ years of experience working on ServiceNow in an enterprise environment

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development / implementation / integration / administrative experience

• Experience working with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript (AngularJS),

PowerShell, XML, SOAP, REST, Jelly, etc.)

• Experience configuring ServiceNow Mobile platform is a big plus

• Experience integrating internal and external (SaaS based) ticketing systems /

applications like HPSM, Zoom, Workday is a plus

• Experience interacting with customers to address/resolve queries.

• A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) in IT, Engineering, or related science and math discipline with a Technology emphasis.

• Service Now Administrator Certifications, Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist and ITIL foundations are big plus.

Education:

Bachelor s degree in computer science, information Systems, or related discipline.

This role is open to W2 or those seeking Corp-Corp employment.

The salary range for this role is 90-120 k/annum or Corp-Corp rates please contact the recruiter.
