Top Skills Required:

• Hands-on experience implementing CRM plugins, workflows, and custom actions
• C#, .Net framework
• Hands-on experience with Azure concepts such as Azure Functions, Service Bus Triggers, and App Registration.
• Experience in implementing Web APIs.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate)

Responsibilities

Must Have:

• Hands-on experience in configuration, customization, and extension of Dynamics CRM
• Hands-on experience in writing plugins, Custom Actions, Custom Workflows
• C# and OOPS Concepts, Lambda expressions and LINQ queries
• Expertise in Solution Management, Security Model, deployment processes
• NET Framework Version 4.7.1 or above including strong WCF/Web API experience

Good to Have:

• Azure Functions
• Microsoft Azure knowledge
• PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power Portal experience
• Experience on using XRM Toolbox
• Scenario-based solutioning
• Purely technical resource, no experience in PM/BD

Additional Must Haves:

• C# and OOPS Concepts, JSON Creation
• Knowledge in Extension method, Static class, and Interfaces
• Experience in writing Lambda expressions and LINQ queries, Basic Null handling, Exception handling, writing Query Expressions
• Experience of Dynamics 365 field service capabilities and extensibilities
• Design & Development experience in Dynamics 365
• In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform and Power Platform
• Experience in doing fitment analysis of customer requirements
• Good Communication skills
