We are working on behalf of a leading maker of GaAs and Gan MMICs, RF discretes and power modules for defense, 5G Infrastructure and high frequency applications.
They are looking for an RF Test Engineering Manager, based in Dallas, TX. The manager will oversee a team of 25 people, including test engineers and 2 Lab Managers, along with their technicians.
We require a strong background in RF test engineering, ideally with Power Amplifiers and MMICs. A good background in Test Hardware and Test Automation Software is also necessary. Additionally, we need 3-5 years of experience as a Test Manager. Ideally, candidates should have expertise in Load Pull testing, with some knowledge of GaN PAs and Doherty PAs.
