The MDM Developer will provide experience working with STIBO systems and will assist in maintaining, enhancing, and optimizing our MDM solutions. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the integrity and quality of master data, as well as providing support in the implementation of new features within our MDM platform.

A Typical Day in the Life of an MDM Developer at DSG:
- Assist in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of Master Data Management (MDM) systems, primarily utilizing STIBO Systems.
- Collaborate with senior developers and data teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy.
- Support the integration of MDM systems with other business applications.
- Assist in the configuration, customization, and troubleshooting of the STIBO platform.
- Participate in code reviews and follow best practices to ensure scalable and maintainable code.
- Help identify and resolve data-related issues, ensuring that master data is accurate and up to date.
- Document technical processes and system configurations for future reference.
- Stay informed about new features and updates within the STIBO ecosystem and the broader MDM landscape.
A Successful MDM Developer Typically Has:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Basic understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and principles.
- Experience or familiarity with STIBO Systems or similar MDM platforms.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with SQL and database management systems.
- Understanding of data modeling, data integration, and data quality concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work in a team-oriented environment and collaborate across departments.
- Experience with STIBO Systems, specifically in data configuration, customization, or integration, preferred.
- Familiarity with APIs and data integration tools, preferred.
- Understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies, preferred.
- Experience working with enterprise-level databases and business systems, preferred.
- Internship or prior work experience in data management or software development is a plus, preferred.
