The Information Systems Analyst will develop and support low-code Office 365 applications that enable training delivery. Initial focus will be on documentation and specific high-priority enhancements of existing applications.
• Consults with sponsors and users to define requirements.
• Designs, develops, and enhances applications using SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and other tools.
• Creates detailed documentation of applications.
• Provides ongoing user assistance and break-fix support.
• Extracts and processes data from applications to measure impacts and inform decisions.
Qualifications
Minimum:
• Bachelors degree.
• 2 years of experience in similar or related job functions.
• Experience developing SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and views, Power Automate flows, and Power Apps.
• Experience with software documentation or technical writing.
Desired:
• Detail oriented, analytical, good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with different teams across disciplines and levels.
• Experience with Graph, Powershell and Excel scripts
• High proficiency in developing SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and views, Power Automate flows, Power Apps, creating Power BI reports and visualizations.
• High proficiency in software documentation or technical writing.
