We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of integrated systems in the field. 
*Field Service Engineer Responsibilities*

* Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on installed systems.
* Diagnose and repair any issues to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability.
* Provide on-site technical support and training to customers.
* Maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and support.
* Document all service activities, including installation, maintenance, and repairs.
* Generate detailed service reports and communicate findings to the Field Service Manager.
* Keep accurate records of tools, equipment, and parts used.
* Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing field service duties

*Field Service Engineer Position Requirements*

* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred
* 3 years of experience in field service engineering, preferably in the maritime or offshore industry.
* Navigation and communication systems (FCC License is a huge plus)
