The Role

• Take a leadership role in Technology Development, Business Development / Sales, New product introduction and Operations support.
• Assist the VP of Engineering & Technology to stay up to date on industry trends to ensure that the company maintains a competitive advantage in the markets that they serve.
• Partner with the Business Development team to support existing customer requirements and new sales opportunities.
• Assist with the selection of new equipment to ensure the business always has the most up to date machinery and technology.

The Person

• Experience with Surface Mount Technology.
• Knowledge of PCB Design processes.
• Customer facing skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering field.
