Responsibilities:
- Integrate media system design with a deep understanding of system and component.
- Develop NVM media system architecture: translating algorithms to system design.
- Develop media management algorithms based on NAND characteristics.
- Build endurance modeling to analyze and validate media management algorithms.
- Design DOEs and analyze media data to understand NAND characteristics.
- Define media algorithm specifications for firmware and hardware implementation.
- Debug, optimize, and validate media system solutions, including firmware, controller, and NAND design, on SoC system.
Qualifications:
Employer will accept a Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Electrical Engineering or related field and 5 years of work experience in job offered or 5 years of Architect Engineer-related experience.
The US base salary range that Micron Technology, Inc. estimates it could pay for this full-time position is $228,800 - $311,000. For additional pay & benefits information, please refer to the requisition at Micron.com/careers.
