Description:
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with the development of site drainage, grading, and utility plans using Autodesk Civil 3D.
• Collaborate with team members to produce site plans, detailed engineering drawings, profiles, construction drawings, and details.
• Convert field survey data into topographic survey drawings and surfaces suitable for producing site plans and construction drawings.
• Apply intermediate knowledge of engineering standards, systems, document control, departmental guides, and policies and procedures.
• Stay updated with industry knowledge and technology trends.
• Ensure deliverables comply with the company quality program.
• Interpret engineering deliverable content as assigned.
• Understand basic construction and constructability practices and principles.
• Apply basic engineering design principles and applicable design guides related to the assigned engineering discipline.

Required Software Competencies:
• Autodesk Civil 3D
• Autodesk AutoCAD
• Bluebeam
Qualifications:
• Civil design/site layout experience using Civil 3D.
• Diploma or Certificate preferred; Associate degree in Drafting or an Engineering Design Related Technology preferred.
• Typically, a minimum of 3 years of related work experience.
Education:
Diploma or Certificate preferred. Associate Degree in Drafting or an Engineering Design Related Technology preferred. Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements, including criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
