• Have built production services in cloud-native environment (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure) and know where it?s awesome and where it hurts
• Are a great communicator and collaborator
• CI/CD (Github Actions, etc), Database/Storage (Redis, Cassandra, DynamoDB, ScyllaDB, Postgres, ElasticSearch) and VCS (git/GitHub) tools
• Good at instrumenting, troubleshooting, performance tuning multi-tenant large scale Kubernetes deployments
