Control Engineer
Join our client's dynamic team as a Control Systems Engineer! If you have a knack for analyzing customer requirements, designing electrical controls, and testing PLC and HMI programs, this could be the perfect role for you.
Day to Day:
- Plan, write, and test PLC and HMI programs following company standards.
- Integrate machine safety and industrial network infrastructures into designs.
- Conduct in-house and on-site testing of control components and systems.
- Investigate equipment failures and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure on-time and budget-compliant project completion.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers, subcontractors, and vendors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Computer Science or Computer Engineering degrees are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in PLC programming.
- Proficiency in HMI development.
- Strong computer programming skills to include:
- Java
- Python
- SQL
- C#
- Ability to travel up to 25%, including potential international travel.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
