As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you'll play a critical role in leading, managing, and technically supporting our projects. Your primary focus will be on maintaining high-quality standards, mentoring team members, and ensuring efficient project execution.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Leading complex engineering projects as the main engineer, ensuring top-level technical design.
- Implementing and overseeing quality assurance and control plans.
- Enhancing the team's technical skills through mentorship and training.
- Gathering and organizing technical resources for the team and its projects.
- Supervising and guiding staff in design strategies to fulfill project goals.
- Reviewing contracts with administrative support.
- Fostering efficient, high-quality work output.
- Ensuring rigorous quality checks on plans.
- Collaborating with clients and team members to deliver successful projects.
